Participating vendors 

Inspired Garden Artistry is pleased to welcome back our vendors to the Spring Garden Tour. All participants for the day must adhere to the Los Angeles County Parks and Recreation guidelines.

 

Performers, product vendors, food vendors, local businesses and those setting up in the park must have appropriate insurance and business license for the day. Food vendors must have a current LA County food license to operate for the day. Please provide the required proof of insurance by March 1st. All participants will be approved by Los Angeles County prior to setting up. Payment must be received by March 1st to secure your 10x10 location at the Vendor Fair.
 

We thank you for considering participating in the Spring Garden Tour taking place on Sunday, May 5th, 2024. We expect upwards of 800 paid visitors on this tour and far more community members attending the free activities at the fair. Please provide sufficient signage, literature, business cards, giveaways, packaging materials and support staff for your booth setup. NO BOOTH SHARING

Setup Environment: Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tent, and any setup needed to operate. Badges will be provided and must be worn at all times. Electricity will not be provided, please make appropriate accommodation for your products. Vendors are requested to park on side streets not directly in front of the location. 


Products: Products being sold will need to be approved by Inspired Garden Artistry. 

 

Business Insurance: COI - All selling vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance. All vendors are required to purchase insurance for the day. Here are some options.

Food Vendors:

Vendors selling food must also have a valid County Health Permit OR a (TFF )Temporary Food Facility


Vendor Fee: A non-refundable fee of $150.00 per vendor is required before March 1 st to secure your spot. Space is limited. Fill out the application form and purchase using the link below


Lunch: Please plan for lunch, water will be provided. Food trucks will be on the premises selling food for purchase.
