2020 Spring Garden Tour - Blooms With A View

10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Thank you for your interest as a vendor in the 10th bi-annual Spring Garden. We expect to have up to 1000 visitors on this tour, so please provide sufficient marketing marterials, giveaways, and goods to staff your booth.
Vendor Location: Monteith Park, 4616 Mullen Ave. View Park, CA 90043
Setup Time: Between the hours of 6:00 am to 9:30 am on Sunday, May 3rd.
Inspired Garden Artistry is not responsible for setup. Please bring adequate support.
Booths must be ready to receive customers at 10:00 am. NO BOOTH SHARING
Setup Environment: Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, and any setup needed to operate.
Badges will be provided and must be worn at all times.
Electricity will not be provided, please make appropriate accommodations for your products.
Vendors are requested to park on side streets, not directly in front of the location.
Booths may not be dismantled before 5:00 pm on day of event.
Products: Products being sold will need to be approved by Inspired Garden Artistry.
Products should be garden related or made of natural product.
Business Insurance: Please provide a copy of your business insurance and business license.
Food sales must be discussed prior to event with appropriate LA County license
Vendor Fee / Date: A fee of $150.00 per vendor and vendor application form will be required on or by March 15th 2019.
Payments will be collected online using the link below. Payments are final. NO REFUNDS.
Lunch: Snacks and water will be provided by IGA.
